Is it harder to level up with this Seasons Battle Pass?

First off I am in no way very good but I am getting a lot more kills this season per game and have more wins in the first week then I did all of last season. Yet I am barely leveling up on the battl...

Sort of seems like it huh. Maybe it cuz we no longer have all the XP boosts from rewards? But for sure so far kinda laggin behind compared to last season

After S1 i was really disappointed with the level up system used in S2 - and in the new Season - but, to be totally honest, once i found my pace last season went pretty fast!
