Is it illegal to use software such as crosshair in Apex?

Is it illegal to use software that displays a reticle on the screen, such as crosshair, in Apex? It's the red cross reticle in the attached image. When shooting with Hipfire, there are some weapons that make it difficult to know where the bullet will go. Because the reticle is not visible. Therefore, I would like to use software (some kind of means) that displays a reticle to assist with aiming. Please let me know if the above is a violation, and if there are any recommended software or methods that do not violate the rules. It would be helpful if you could send me the terms and conditions regarding this.

    Looking in the EA TOS:

    6. Rules of Conduct

When you access or use an EA Service, you agree that you will not:

    • Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs or problems in an EA Service to gain unfair advantage.

    Cited from: tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/

This software would give you specifically, an advantage over other players, as you would have a crosshair displayed on your screen whilst the other players do not.

I can't confirm 100% for sure whether or not this goes against the EA TOS, but looking at what was previously cited, you are using unauthorized software programs or tools to gain an unfair advantage, so it's possible for you to get actioned for using something like this.

I don't believe there is any other kind of software or methods that can be used that is allowed per the EA TOS, as it would still give an unfair advantage.

Personally I would recommend against using this kind of software.
