Is my PC build garbage or the game is horribly optimized?

@KissYourHomieUwU It has been like that since the launch and every patch comes with their own fps drops etc.

There are people who have 3060 gpu and still can't get stable 144 fps in the game when playing in low, so you aren't the only one with the issue.

I have set the graphics so low that it basically looks like I'm playing OSRS just so that the frames don't drop all the time.
