Is the GameSir G7 Pro gyro setting allowed in Apex ranked?

I've seen people using this setup and wanted to ask before I keep using it.

I'm on PC with a GameSir G7 Pro and the official GameSir Connect software. I'm using the built-in gyro setting that maps motion to the stick, with LT/RT to activate it.

I know there's been a lot of talk about gyro aim assist and ALGS rules, but I can't find a clear answer about whether this is allowed in normal ranked and pubs.

Is this actually bannable, or is it allowed as long as you're just using the controller's built-in features? It's techniecally not a macro and also not a rc fiilter so its defintely  a grey area.

Would appreciate an answer from someone at Respawn so I know where this stands.

here is a twitter clip and it seems to jitter your aim similar to a rc filter.
