Is the Young Blood Skin from Bloodhound going to come back into the Store?

Played Apex back in 2019. Stopped playing in 2020 of July and came back about a few weeks Ago.
Always liked to play as Bloodhound with his Abilities and Overall other Stuff.

Now, i recently heard about Skins with Special Select Intros and also that Bloodhound has one called "Young Blood".

I looked it up on a website and there it said that each year at a Random Time the Skin is going to make a random return in the Item Shop.

Is this going to be the case this year too? Are there perhaps any indictation that it will? Or Has it perhaps already appeared and i missed it?
