Is Valk low-key the most powerful, well rounded legend we've seen?

Valkyrie most likely has the most versatile kit in the game. Sure, Gibby's bubble may be arguably the most versatile ability, but Valk's kit as a whole is super spread out and isn't very thin anywhere. Her passive is easily the best in the game, it's like a passive and a tactical rolled into one with an extra passive added on. You get beacon scans, jet pack, and aerial scans just from her passive alone. Her jet pack is very severely underdeveloped and understood by the player base, there's still tons of meat on the bone when it comes to optimal jet pack play. As strong as horizons grav lift was, Valk's jet pack is basically just as good for a solo player obviously it doesn't have the same team utility though. Her tactical is somewhat balanced but it covers a very very impressive area and the stun from the missiles is absolutely absurd and borderline busted. Seriously the stun from them has to be toned down a little bit it's basically a death sentence if you and a teammate get hit by it and aren't already aiming/tracking the enemy. Her ultimate is one of the best in the game without a doubt. Incredible movement and team value, aerial scans, get outta dodge card for the whole team. She has literally no downside besides bunny hop issues but with the aerial movement and control, she has there's absolutely no reason she really needs a bhop.
