Community ManagerWhile it's absolutely understandable to be frustrated that cheaters are still around, it's certainly not the case that this is due to a lack of care or focus.
This is an ongoing battle and will likely continue to be one as long as there are competitive multiplayer games out there.
This article was linked elsewhere on AHQ earlier but may provide a bit more insight into some of the investigations and activity that take place behind the scenes. As DarthValtrex mentioned it's not often something that's commented on publicly, and personally I found the monthly numbers listed in the article pretty enlightening.
