It's time to complain about Octane
I wasn't gonna complain until I actually played him, but these changes make no sense. Octane first came out, he had 1hp regen per second and Stim cost 10 health and it wasn't good. They literally buffed his regen to make it better and now they brought it back to being just as penalizing accept it's even worse in combat. You can't even use it for long distance travel unless you're gonna stop to heal before getting into a fight, which is just counter intuitive. What's the point of using something to go fast if you have to slow way down afterwards? Before now I really liked that with Octane I didn't have to carry any more than 4 syringes and I could save space in my inventory. What's the point of the self heal if the self damage outweighs it? 2 health per second is not going to give you an advantage in combat, and I doubt you'd want to wait 20 seconds for it to regen 2 Stims. Stim really isn't that crazy of an ability, it just increases your speed. If you want Octanes to not use it as often, just give it a slightly longer cooldown. Or they could make it so that you can start health regen before the end of the stim so you don't have to wait the full 10 seconds afterwards to get to full health.
