I've got banned on Apex Legends

First of all it sounds really suspicious but literally happened to me. I've got banned permamently in Apex today due to some words uttered in my account. (really toxic) Whilst I was playing other game I got insta-banned in-game. After that I just try to check my e-mail and thats what I recieved. I have registered some third-party websites about FIFA 23 after I bought it. That sounds really weirdo but thats happened.. Anyway to unban my account. I'm really sorry about these insults in the game but It wasn't me.
