ive tried to open 2 apex pac
this has happened 2 times now but when I try to open a apex pack and I dc from the server it doesn't get me the items and just erases the apex pack all together.... what do I do

Contact EA live chat support and tell them your issue, they can tell you what you opened and are able to put them in your inventory i am pretty sure, i had an issue once where some of my promotion items wasn't in my armory but now is, and they were awesome to sort it out for me.
You should def do the same 🙂
