Kick penalty do to Wi-Fi Shouldn't be a thing

I really need this to blow up. if you get kicked due to Wi-Fi issues or Internet issues there should not be a penalty for leaving a match because it was not by choice. now for those people who do leave the match they should have to wait 24 hours not 4 minutes due to several times that I've been playing the game and then my Wi-Fi cuts just a little too much and it will kick me from the game and I still get a penalty for it. if you get kicked from a game because of wifi you should not have a penalty because how was it your fault why should you be at fault and have to wait a specific amount of time. NO that penalty is put in place for those people who will hop in matches and sit AFK and ruin the match for other people if something doesn't get done about this people will stop playing the game I know of several people who experience the same thing there should not be a penalty for getting kicked due to Wi-Fi issues
