    I can see in the screenshot you can contact someone by sending an email.
    You might want to contact them that way and see if anything can get sorted.

That's the best option. I'm afraid this isn't something we'd be able to look into here on AHQ. The email that @Zeelmaekers mentioned should get you in touch with someone who can look into this for you.
