I personally don’t really like the king canyons map, now I know a lot of people do and love that it is back in ranked but I just personally don’t like it. I mean ine reason I don’t like it is because I did start later in the game and I practically starting the game with the map we have now so I never really got to play Kong’s Canyon and I don’t really know where to land and such, or good landing areas.. I would love to hear your opinions on this.
I never get bored of seeing people typo it as "Kongs canyon".

But yeah, for anybody who started during the worlds edge phase KC is a bit of a culture shock lol, those of us who cut our teeth in kings canyon are used to it and the difficulties and struggles it posed.
Luckily they'll be fixing the RNG on loot for y'all so it should be a better playing experience. 😛
@hayhor I always loved the 5th party madness, except when i was stuck with an eva-8 and p2020 (remember this was before the shotgun buffs and hammerpoints existed!) At which point it was wholeheartedly stressful lol. 😛

It's awful, said as much and why in other threads.
Kings Canyon was their first map, they fixed almost everything wrong with it in World's Edge, which is awesome.
And then they brought King's Canyon back *barf*
It's seriously a map for people who never want to learn how to play the game. Might as well have everyone drop into a room and rng whether they get a weapon, armor, or nothing.
If you want to play KC well, leave your team behind and try to find somewhere no one else initially dropped. If they follow you, great.
If they die, you were just going to die with them.
...and people say there's no solo mode already in the game...
I started playing early in season 2 but when worlds edge came out my playing improved and I have a lot more fun. I personally don't like kings canyon at all so I really don't like this update. I especially hate Kings canyon after dark which I didn't realise until just now that it's also in the rotation!
