You can actually melee through the shield as well for 30 damage a hit.
It's 4 melees though. Extremely too long.
mix it up. the player will try to block you based on what they think you're going to do. I tend to kick them once or twice an condition them to thinking i'm just gonna do that, then quickly slide around them and shoot them in the back.
You have many options of dealing with it, Its just how you approach it.edit: a grenade is basically instant death for a downed player, shield or no shield.
Are you serious? You don't have time to 5hink about tricking someone. If their down it shouldn't take mech to finish them.
