@Adendon Adding HP/Shields is always problematic.
Lets say you come up against Skadi, Reventant and Gibby.
Can you have Gibby with 100 (or 200?) extra health? Will it use the Fortified perk?
Will Revenant be able to use his ult, and then you have Frostarmor on top of that?
Maybe: revtotem -> frost grenade -> *death* -> Skadi ult to refresh armor -> new attack.
While there is the usage of an ultimate or more, and it should be effectful, it can spiral and be really strong.
Also, with the recast of frostzones. What happens if someone is reviving in one and you use the ultimate? Are they interrupted?
