Because we do not see that bans are applied, or how many for that matter, we cannot conclude one way or the other.
That is the worst situation to be in. No information, no transparency.
The biggest proponent for this lack of transparency is EAC.

Granted it's hilarious when they hit their ult and I know which one the mirage is based on movement. then I laser them..
