This video happened in the past around the time of titanfall 2.Also I believe Ash was still alive during this period, so this is before Titanfall 2.
Revenant goes Rogue after this video, and goes after Hammond Robotics for revenge.
Apex games are after the Frontier War which was TitanFall 1 and 2.

@RevenanT-G7 He meant what happened in the trailer is set in the past before Apex Games.
That is all well and great, but what are the tactical, passive and ult?
- @TrancyGoose I think they're all shown in the vid:
Passive: climbing faster & fast moving when crouched
Tactical: Spear hand, probably powerful melee
Ultimate: Shadow mode - low health but with deadly melee attack and fast movement. On shadow death or when the ult expires, he goes back into his simulacrum form.
Finisher: spear hand going through the body of the enemy, raising him up.
