Lifeline Edition not working..!

I purchase the physical edition for Lifeline on PS4. I have been trying to redeem the lifeline skin and I am unable to do so. I get the following error message:

Bought mine a couple hours ago and it says it's already been used or out of date. I don't know what to do...
