Lifeline ult change

@Shamdawg1977 I think her ult needs a change too, but not a radial heal. I don't really know what it could change too but I feel like a radial heal could cause problems. It'd need to be giving more health than doc or it'll feel like it's not doing anything. So if it gave too much health then it'd be like trying to take on a gibby from S6. 100 base health (150 if on rev push) + 150 from red evo + 75 health (I think) from gun shield. That's 375 hp on one guy... 375hp vs 250hp. 125 hp difference. In a scenario like that, gibby would come out on top majority of the time.
