linked accounts

I linked 2 accounts together a Pc & PS5, my ps5 account has the higher level and skins. I have switched over to pc as my main playing console but when I linked the accounts and I didn't get my ps5 accounts skins. I was wondering if i could get my account on my pc or get the skins back on my new account?
