Literally = meaning exactly
Every team is trash.
That means all the teams you are on which include you, OP?
So...yes, I know what you mean. But you don't mean literally. I think what you mean is that most teams don't play together well. Particularly not when you are logging in to play with pugs.
I play alone, so I hear you. Sometimes I get tired of Pathfinder/Octanes each of who decide they want to go faster as they can away, expecting everyone to follow them, usually in separate directions. I can get tired of playing Wattson and watching my two team mates want to get into a melee in the open, you know, far away from where I set up my ult. People suck, often.
You have to leave games. Respawn encourages it from what I can tell. No penalty, even rewards you for what you earned up to that point. With that in mind, to save your sanity, as I said in another post...
Leave often. Be happy.
Stick around for the few games when you get people playing like a team. It's about 1 in 8-10 games.

At this point, it’s a well known fact that the SBMM intentionally gives you weak teammates if you are above average and solo queue. The worst part about this is that the overall composition of skill of the lobby is often above average (as evidenced by contrails). I often get under level 50 teammates while being dropped in lobbies that are 60%+ Diamond players.
Honestly, it doesn’t even make logical sense. The experience is horrible for the good player and it’s horrible for the two weak players, who get melted by the lobby that intentionally designed to be above average.
I genuinely mean this: I think the overall experience would be better for everyone if pubs had random matchmaking. Yes, the skilled players would have higher win rates than less skilled players, but that’s fair in my mind.
