How are you going to let someone live stream hacking your game, like wtf?

I suspect there are many delusional streamers who use external hacks (that don't show up on obs). At least this guy's open about it.
You come across people like this every other game now. He's rapidly approaching 2k kills, which goes to show how long people can get away with it, even if they're flaunting it.
