I have died several time due to players on my team spending more time looting far from the circle, so they engage on battle and then it makes it really hard to get back in since You need to re insert one back on the game or try to save the others.
I think the same way, you need a gun, shields and make your way through battle, not spend several minutes looting to die in the first battle and lose it all.
Yep. People like to play Apex: Loot Simulator. You really don't need much in this game.
At all.
Plus those people who like to just afk loot the whole time get no combat experience so they end up getting owned in the first fight. The combat is fast paced in this game and guns are laser beams. If you're not quick on the trigger you're just gonna die. It's time to stop.

I mean I run into every gun fight I hear but for damn sure not running in the middle of two teams with white shields 2 heals 2 shields a p2020 and a mozamweak. So I'mma loot until I find a useable gun and then I'm pushing EVERYTHING. you really can't push fights or get super aggressive with a 45, alt, p2020, Eva, mozamweak, any sniper

This is a "battle royal" game not a "team deathmatch".... and the point is not hunting others!
The point of these type of games, escpecially Apex, is to survive (hence why all skills are more like escape/survival skills instead of offensive ones with high damage)!!!
You only need a single kill in these games... and that´s the last one to win the round, nothing more, nothing less!!!!
In Apex you even get a lot more XP for surviving than for kills.
I don´t have as many kills like those wannabe pros, yet i have more wins or a higher winrate.
All these aggressive players have to fight with what they have (because RNG can be realy bad) and often wont win the matches at all and usually are undergeared or wont even have enough ammo/shield/syringe to fight effective and long enough (unless you´re cheating and using an aimbot).
These players will never get the 300m+ kill badge either because they run in a straight line to fights and only fight close range.... meanwhile i take time to get into position, even already planed my tactical retreat if nessecary... and then i get a kill on a guy who didn´t even expect me and i get the win.... or i have so many medpacks/syringe i can outheal every single person during the last ring by just sitting far away.
And guess who gets the win and the highest amount of XP.... not the guy who made 10 kills, but me who won the round even having only 1 kill!!!

Everyone wants to win but any old fool can stay a safe distance away from the danger all game. May as well look for another game that does 3 vs 3 last man standing if you're doing that.

That's basically what this is though....3v3 last man standing? I mean whoever is left standing at the end wins right? People assume because they see all the streamers dropping hot and kill everyone that you need to just loot enough to fight and then begin fighting. The point of any game is to WIN. I personally always jump edge of the map on the opposite side simply because not that I wanna play loot simulator but I can grab GREAT loot without trouble and then rush towards hotspot areas with great gear while they had to fight and may/may not have gear currently. At least everytime I get into a firefight I'll be fully decked tons of heals/shields/ammo and prepared for the flank. I usually land loot safely and THEN I rush into battles because at that point you have everything you need or should need til the end of the game. By the time you reach a squad it'll be down to 10 squads left and so you shouldnt have to do much ammo/med looting anymore everything you got from the beginning should now last you until almost the end or the end of the match depending on your aim and if you got flanked etc etc etc.
I always do it this way also because the loot is highly RNG based so instead of hoping to land in a hot zone or closer and getting lucky I rather land somewhere where IM GOING to get what I want so that when I do encounter someone I have gear I'm comfortable with winning even 1v3 situations if needed.

I win all the time with lots of kills, almost 3 in a row this session. I lost one in between due to bad luck on landing with only a duo :/ . Just got out of a win with 7 kills 800 damage. Not insane, I know. But way more fun than doing literally nothing.
You CAN win AND get kills.
