lost all my characters and skins from switching from console to pc

I dont know what I should do all my characters are gone i logged into the same ea account i used on console so i dont know why it isnt working i literally payed 40 for the apex pack plz fix.

    Hey @zombiekillerx67,

    There's no cross-progression in Apex Legends between console and PC. All of your skins and the like are still there, they're just on your console account. Unfortunately if you want to play on PC, you'll have to start from scratch there.
