Lost Items in merge requesting compensation or return of items to account
Good morning, I used to play Apex on my xbox but once I switched to pc and linked accounts all of my rewards and Items from my xbox account are now missing this changed happened a while ago and I thought there was supposed to be items and progress between platforms is there any way or compensation to be refunded or given my rewards from xbox account I can provide full account details if needed for proof of the other account. I would greatly appreciate some sort of compensation due to me not having an xbox anymore and not having my items even though they should be linked. I am not very sure if this is possible but I was informed by a help agent that I would need assistance from an Apex Studio staff for this.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Your items cannot be transferred or merged from one EA account to another, so if you linked an account and lost access to the progress, that would be because your platform is no longer linked to the original EA account where that progress was initially made.
The only way to attempt restoring access to that progress would be to re-link your Xbox to its original EA account, though this would only let you access it with that account and wouldn't transfer the progress or share it between other EA accounts still.
