Lost my apex crate
I went to open a apex crate, just as the crate dropped down on the screen and was going to open I got pooled into a match. After the match I saw I had no packs remaining, checked the armoury and had no new skins or anything unlocked. Am I able to get the pack back? Tried to post in the bug support page but it ask question not relate-able to this issue.
