If you lost your Omega Point skin (PC).
Yesterday there was a small patch that removed all skins Omega Point skins that were obtained using a exploit.Items received by the free Apex Packs will remain on the players account.
Hey im n xbox dont know when it was removed got off for awhile but came back and my Skin was gone please look into it was pretty cool skin
