Same here (PC), I got the skin a few months back, didn't use any exploits and still am a Twitch Prime member. Last time I had the skin in my account was before the last patch on June 11.
Also my EA and Twitch accounts aren't connected anymore for some reason (I changed my Twitch name 4 days ago if that matters).
