LURCH STRAFING NEEDS A FIX

Dear apex devs, Please consider a Lurch cap or something along those lines, No matter how good you are you are NOT tracking a lurch strafe. The problem is especially bad in wildcard. I have 6k+ hours in this game and now I can't get any kills due to 3 stacking lurch strafing Octanes. Make it so there's a delay between tap strafes when under the influence of stim. Also remove ballistics Tactical. Which meth head dev created that BS
