Make a whole rank split about solo q for everybody

@r1ggedgame About the devs raising their paycheck that is not how it works in this field... it is more akin to Ceo's, some are good to launch a product/business, others good at improving effeciency of ongoing business, others at making a business that is going down go back up again.

So these devs just proved what they could do they obviously could get a better paycheck at doing it again somewhere else.

@Palette24caratsWhat is akin for CEO ? Right ... "raising your paycheck" .
From what i heard, some made their own studio "Gravity Well" (which doesnt raise your paycheck if you don't have the next "Tetris" at hand) and others just went mostly to Infinity Ward and Epic at the same position they had at Respawn, that also doesnt raise your paycheck much.
So it is still very odd that so many of the OG Devs jumped ship ... might be other reasons to leave that Company.
