Make All Legends Free
The game has reached a point where there are many legends to be unlocked, which I think does more bad than good to the game. Why locked legends are bad for the game (from a new player's perspective)...

@KarvaRausku That's not a great goal, because locked legends aren't more powerful, higher tier or in any other way above the free ones. Besides, players will need to spend a lot of hours learning mastering them after unlocking anyway. It's much better to try and learn new legends in the beginner lobbies, instead of doing this while facing or having to keep up with skilled players.
