Make All Legends Free
The game has reached a point where there are many legends to be unlocked, which I think does more bad than good to the game. Why locked legends are bad for the game (from a new player's perspective)...

I don't think so. Do you want to see more Octanes and Revenants running around?
- @CompleatBeet I don't actually care how many legends of a certain kind are in a lobby. I see an enemy, I shoot, without discriminating.
Anyway, if all legends would be free from the start, those extra Octanes and Revenants will be of the inexperienced kind, using their abilities inefficiently, if at all. Easy targets!I think it's fine the way it is, I have all Legends unlocked except Fuse.
Currently, I have 90,000 Legend tokens..... with nothing to spend them on...
If anything they should put more color swap Character skins in the shop.
There have been NO color swap skins for any of Rampart, Loba, or Horizon's Legendary skins.

I have all legends unlocked and over 300K legend tokens. Also bought many recolors and rerolled a lot of dailies. The thing is, when I started, there were only 2 legends to unlock and enough time to gather the necessary tokens before the next one rolling out. Now, there are 9 locked legends and a lot more is time needed to practice with them, in order to become good enough for the average Apex lobby.
