@SpeedyColt Honestly speaking I'm somewhat skeptical of the idea of rigged matches based on the evidence you've stated.
Hit registration issues are purely down to our god awful servers, that's the top and bottom of it. This issue will hit you regardless of how well you perform...and seems to be much more prevalent with certain weapons.
I think the system certainly tries to control your chances of winning somewhat, sbmm being a clear example. However ultimately it is down to you as a player.
