Matchmaking problem, super unfair, not playable

thats just an example from the skill level of my lobby, i basically have no chance to shot back before getting knocked with 30-30 headshots and wingman while they already have red armor. Yeah rank decays, but this kinda method is super unfair for newbie like me. I really cant enjoy the game
