I think it would be a good idea to have the option to change weapon skins 'on-the-go' whilst in the Firing Range. Not only would this allow you to freely inspect the weapon skin, but it would also allow you to select the one that you're most comfortable with.
@DarthValtrex Precisely! Plus as odd as it may sound, different skins give the gun a slightly different feel. A prime example would be the wingman. A slimmer wingman seems to be easier to use due to being less obstructive when ADS. This also applies to other weapons. It would just be very convenient to be able to select your skin whilst being in-game and getting a 'feel for the gun'.
Community AdminGood suggestion, I'd love to see this myself. As you say, lots of skins feel different, and the difference in iron sights is not trivial for some skins.
