Dexerto accidentally released some early patch notes. The link is now been removed. Of course people already too some screen shots.

The ult blocking scan abilities must have been a last minute change. Because just a season ago, they said this.

@dSKyNafinchin there's a bit more to it than 3rd party's, otherwise you might as well just confine the maps to Fragment and get on with it. 😉
