Merging accounts

wanted to add that they allowed us to link accounts which literally does nothing if it doesn't truly "link" the account lol

just tried logging back in on xbox and is now set with my pc rank and no cosmetics this is crazy I should be refunded

Just to clarify, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.  

This is also why you're just seeing the PC rank/contents on Xbox now. Your Xbox account was just linked to this EA account which already had that PC progress. If you had progress on Xbox, that would have been left on whichever EA account had your Xbox linked originally.

In this case you would need to try re-linking your Xbox to the previous EA account to see if you can regain access to any missing content. There is not a way to transfer or merge content across multiple different accounts I'm afraid.

And I assume there would be nothing you guys can do to relink it back to the original Xbox account
