If they do, those testers need to be fired....
@DrenMadreIts not the testers, they tested the change and gave feedback alright, they dont make changes or push updates live, its the programmer who forgot to roll it back before release of the update.
Its definitly part of a larger rework that was tested, and its an (embarassing) oversight that a new downside slipped, but if i had to guess i'd say they'll give Mirage 2 charges for his new tactical and increase the cooldown to compensate.
