Mirage has had one buff over the entire game's history, AND it came with a nerf

In patch 2.0:

Mirage

Vanishing Act
- Mirage can now cancel out of his cloak early.
- Mirage now has a small delay when disabling cloak.

In patch 1.2, (Legendary Hunt LTM) he received a 'Bug Fix' because his cloak was too noticeable.

Fixed bug where cloaked Mirage was too noticeable.

That is one buff, one nerf, and ONE useful bug fix. Just to make him the worst character in the game, for 13, almost 14 months now. Octane also hasn't received a buff or nerf at all, even though he has a 0% pickrate in pro play. Characters that aren't picked at ALL in Masters +, like for example, Mirage, Revenant, Octane (I know this one is controversial, but he isn't picked at all in pro play), Crypto (Still trash tier, 1 and a half seasons after release) and Bloodhound(The buff didn't help), probably need a buff Respawn.

You did it well with Gibby and Caustic. Probably overkill as well with Gibby. yet you can't buff these five into viability? I have ideas for reworks/buffs for most of these characters. Some of these characters are simple to make better. Bloodhound just needs his ultimate noise reduced by at least 50%, if not 75%, and that alone will make him at least 2 times better. Octane only needs an extra 10% speed n his stim, as I'm okay with the jumppad being trash in exchange for stim speed. Revenant, Crypto and Mirage are a bit worse. I'm not going to include my reworks for them here, as it is approximately 1000+ words for Mirage alone. The reason Bangalore isn't on the list, is because she is balanced, but it's just that other legends are a teeny weeny bit broken (e.g. Pathfinder, Gibby, Wattson, Wraith) and are picked in every pro play match. Look at the recent global series. There is all the proof you need. Caustic is very niche, and is used in pro play, but Gibby is way better because he has 1700 legends worth of abilities. Lifeline is just a worse version of Gibby.

Anyway, you guys need to actually balance the game if you want people to play, but hopefully everyone has a wonderful day, and excuses my lack of paragraphs.

I agree with everything you said man,and me being,a mirage main in the past,can definetely say he is fun but needs a complete rework to do well
But the one thing i dont agree with you about is crypto
CRYPTO IS NOT TRASH TIER
people are slowly starting to realize his potential in competitive as well.Its just the bad crypto players that give the good ones a bad name by playing scan the enemies with the drone.
The EMP can be devastating if the entire team pushes it.

@SS_Mabezan The emp is his most powerful tool, but it is at the cost of him standing still out of emp range, or take 50 damage inside emp while standing still. And also his drone destroyed cd is way too long in my opinion.

Mirage is still my holding the title for my highest damage game lol, i play him a lot and honestly...i rarely have a bad bad game with him. He does certainly need a buff or two.
This is more a Console issue i suppose, but when his ult triggers aim assist still tracks him. This renders the Ult almost useless as a CQC escape. If this could be disabled on using Ult that would be amazing.
We need smarter decoy AI, e.g if i fire a decoy and i've sent it directly at a death box it should simulate looting animations,running with its gun out if you use the decoy whilst your guns out, Decoys that sprint if you use whilst sprinting stuff like that, just to make them a little more convincing.

and there are simple ways to buff Mirage.......ways we've seen, ways that are ALREADY in game......
tactical: simple, give him the 2 decoys he has during the drop
ultimate:
- 1: have his decoys act the way they did during the dummy event, in other words not just friggin stand there but DO SOMETHING
- 2: when cloaked, make him REALLY cloaked.....not visible to a digital sight, not visible in caustics smoke, not visible to bloodhound scan or ult
passive: well.....it's next to useless now, any change would have to be wholesale...leave it as is
It would NOT be hard, 2 of the changes above were (or still are) already in game.....

@CrazyPlays54 Bloodhound is pretty viable as it is now. I don’t know why the pros don’t use him, but it doesn’t mean he’s bad. Bloodhound is in a good spot right now.
10% speed for Octane might be a bit too much, but you never know.
Crypto isn’t trash tier. Sure, he might not be picked much, but he isn’t bad.
They did really well with Caustic, I can’t even remember right now the last time he got a buff/nerf, if at all.

@Sir_Named Pros dont use bloodhound because he has no abilities that assist with camping and waiting for the tiny circle at the end of the game.

Well there you go. Bloodhound is still good, but he can’t help much in very very late game.

I think the problem here is that for one, Bloodhound is now stereotyped. He has always been thought of as a bad legend, so people are wary of him, but now he is a very good legend.
Octane, he is fast, that helps, he might need to be a tiny bit faster (5% perhaps?), and his jump pad needs a buff. Maybe a little extra distance? Or maybe give it more yeeting juice? And definitely fix his hitbox
Crypto is amazing, he is trash because of the way some people use him. I think he is a great addition to every squad, but can use a few slight buffs.
Mirage. Mirage is very fun to play in my eyes. I love going invisible and then attacking them from behind, it is very fun. I do think that he needs to become completely invisible and make a tad bit less noise.
Revenant, fix the Death Totem and maybe buff the Silence a little bit.
Nerf Gibby, make Lifeline a better medic!! Maybe Nerf the shield recharge wait? Or give his shield low life. Maybe like 500? or 750?
Pathfinder, just cut his arm off for now.
