Missing Apex coins - now I cant submit a case?

Hi @ritualspqr,

I've moved your post over to our General Discussion boards here.

When purchasing Apex Coins via Steam, it's necessary to start the game once via the EA app for the purchase to get synchronized with our servers. I know it's a bit annoying but please install Apex Legends again on the EA app and once you log into the game from there, the Coins should show up. Afterwards, you can launch the game via Steam again and your Coins should show up there too.
