@KurisuK36 When you do get an agent, you may have to ask for someone else. Sometimes an agent doesn't know a solution to a problem. By asking for someone else, you could hopefully get one that does know. However, do remember to be respectful when asking for another agent.
Outline to them that:
- The code was redeemed for your account on the website
- You saw it was going to be added to your account
- The coins weren't in your account when you had logged in
Have them:
- Look into your Apex coins history, where they can check how coins were earned and spent.
Besides that, the only thing I could think of maybe being the case, is that if your account is linked to multiple platforms, (PC/Consoles), the redeemed coins might of been "added" to the wallet of one of the linked accounts. I know it sounds dumb, but the coins aren't technically in your account until the game prompts you with the "you got <coins>!" message. Even though the wallet on all platforms are shared, (besides through the Switch, its wallet is separate), the balance won't be updated until the platform that has the coins is logged into. I know this because I had bought a legend edition through the Steam store when those were still a thing and had then logged into the game through the EA App. When the game loaded up through the EA App, it had no idea that I had even bought the edition, so I had to launch the game through Steam, and then it was given.
