Missing Content and Bugged Character

Hey, my account isnt hacked anymore and I have full access to it. The issue is that all of my in-game currencies and packs are missing, and I am unable to play as Ash; she is locked and unable to be unlocked for me. I was told by EA support to post in here to get help.

If any currency was spent and/or any packs were opened while it was under the control of the hacker, it sadly cannot be refunded, (and the same is true if you were the one who had spent the currency and/or opened your packs).

Well that's unfortunate but okay, my locker didnt seem to change in response to 40 packs missing

It seems like it yes and even on another console she is still locked. I dont own any passes and I bought her when she released way back then

Just wanted to ask but is there anything that can be done about the Ash bug? Or is it just chalked? Thank you

That's strange...

I wonder if it was mostly Crafting Materials that were then used by whoever got into your account. (You could of also had gotten items you didn't think to check for, (like holosprays and legendary finishers)).

If Ash was unlocked by either Legend Tokens or Apex Coins, she should still be playable on your account, as only the Ultimate+ pass limits how long she's unlocked for, (which would be for the duration of that pass).

Since you had already tried logging in on another console, the only thing I could think of would be to relog on your console by signing out and then signing back into your account, (however that may not work either).

Overall, the bugged Ash unlock seems to be an issue for Respawn to look into and resolve.

Lastly, (just so you know), both me and OldTreeCreeper do not work for EA or for Respawn. (We're apart of the The EA Community Superuser Program).
