Hi, sorry to hear the cosmetics you redeemed didn’t show up right away. I understand you’ve tried restarting the game and your console. If you’ve already waited 24 hours and the content still hasn’t appeared, please reach out to our support team using the button at the bottom of the EA Help page.

I have TWO PlayStation Plus packs that haven’t given me my items & one of them expires in 4 days. I have restarted game & console, restored licenses, done everything suggested & still nothing is showing up. You need to fix this issue. I want my items.
