What's wrong with your servers?

For last few days on EU server it's constant packet loss spikes, ping spikes.

Getting killed instantly in like one shot.
Had games where shots were doing no damage,

And the funniest, I was just in a game where I Stimmed as Octane and the game went into slow motion.

Annoying this happens after putting money into the game. Annoying it happens at all tbh.

Some insight or explanation please
