I’m missing two Loba skins Elegant Aesthetic and Tigress that’s completely unfair that I paid for the alternative versions of Purple Reign

Hey, as noted by @swift07, this is being worked on. If it offers any comfort, the issue looks to be within the game itself, it not recognising the skins in your inventory, rather than the skins being missing from your inventory.
Could I also check if you have/had the Victorian Vixen epic skin? It was a free tracker reward from the S10 Monsters Within event.- EA_David
@FuryGalaxy345 Are you sure you had Tigress before? After checking, this should be working as normal, and I have someone who confirmed it's working on his account right now.
I also can't see it on your account, when do you think you got it? I have all lobas trackers and everything else from the Halloween thematic event however for months now Victorian vixen has gone from my account. I’ve reset apex and signed out and back in with also multiple updates throughout and it’s still not on my account.
