Missing skin

I’m missing the skin r-45 electrocution plus my badge is there anyway I can get it I already contacted EA help and they said no like is there a mod at this point I’m really pissed. I bought the battle pass for this sole reason. Does anyone even want to give it to me? I’ll send the ET. 😂
