Missing Twitch Prime Rewards

So I've claimed both the Wraith and Fuse skins, but I don't have them in my inventory. Is it because when I claimed them I had accessed twitch prime, through apex, through steam when I had originally been playing on Origin and linked the accounts there? That honestly doesn't make much sense though. When I get on apex, it's through steam servers instead of Origin, it's still my apex legends account no matter what, so why aren't I getting the skins?

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
