I’m new to apex but I learned today that using keyboard and mouse might get you banned if you are on console can anyone confirm this for me? Doesn’t really make since to me why it would be tho people say unfair advantage but to me that just seems like an excuse for people that aren’t good with keyboard and mouse
I haven't seen anyone banned here on the forums claiming that they used M&K so it's kind of okay i guess.
From what I know it's just a gray area.
It's not bannable, but to use M+K on console you have to use an adpater/converter and it gives M+K with aim assist(still not bannable). Basically an aimbot. Basically any FPS on console has a large amount of people that use these adapters. Play against someone using it and you'll wish it was bannable.
Most people seem to just be picking up "strikepacks", they give no recoil, multi button mapping, stronger aim assist, etc. Not bannable, absolutely should be.
