M&K gets you banned?

I’m new to apex but I learned today that using keyboard and mouse might get you banned if you are on console can anyone confirm this for me? Doesn’t really make since to me why it would be tho people...

@krazzimac The game doesn’t even officially support M+K on any console so I don’t see how that’s possible

@MyName1sNotJohn Thanks man I didn’t even know that so that makes since and with more research I found people are doing it with mod packs and * that’s lame I thought I could just plug and play on the ps5 I didn’t know there was a whole thing going on about that right now works great on warzone I just like apex more I think it’s more fun

  @krazzimac Yeah a lot of people want M+K support but before they even think about implementing that they need to further refine crossplay to be segregated by input. After that it becomes up to the player. The new consoles are on par with a decent PC performance so it wouldn’t be too bad using M+K on there I bet, not so much the last gen.

    @MyName1sNotJohn Let's clarify something. The new consoles have the power to compete with apex on pc but apex has not been optimized for the new console so you are still at half the frame rate or less than PC players.
