Movement and Hit Reg need attention

@WhoopFighter Since they dont seem to address this problem at all i think its a non issue for EA/Respawn ... they can always brush it off as a client problem.
My mastiff shots register with a maximum of 36 dmg, no matter if its dead center or not ... if the reg at all. whereas everybody else seems to hit me with 90+ every time ... no bad network indicator , ping is always between 9to50ms depending on the server.
With the lastest news they found out with BO6 and all the weird stuff i have experienced in the past since season 20 im very convinced this is not a client problem on my end.
